Get The Answers You Need
What kind of warranty comes with your cabinets?
Each company offers a different warranty. Some have a 1-year while others offer a lifetime warranty. Check with your sales designer for your cabinet manufacturer’s warranty.
Do you deliver to the job site?
Yes. Each cabinet company differs in what they charge to site deliver. Some do not deliver at all, but we can bring your cabinets to you. Check with your sales designer for your cabinet manufacturer’s costs. You may also pick up your order here and save the delivery charge.
Are these cabinets made in the United States?
Yes. Homecrest, Smart, Builders Choice, and Kitchen Kompact are. Fabuwood, 6 Square, and River Run source materials from other countries but assembly and, in most cases, finish are completed here.
Can we return cabinets?
In some instances you can. You can return most stock cabinets and trims. There will be a restock fee if the return is not due to designer or manufacturer error. You cannot return any ordered cabinetry or trims.
Do any of these cabinet companies custom-modify their cabinets?
Yes. Our stock cabinetry cannot be factory-modified, but we can do some modifications right here. All but Kitchen Kompact and Builders Choice have some standard modifications: reduce or increase depth, finish interior to match exterior, prep door for glass, reverse base cabinet, and others.
Do you offer installation?
Yes. We have a number of installers available.
